Q4 CAKE

Stopping in to give the update that these Pumpkin Brown Butter Cupcakes are just as good, and hold up just as well, in cake form. I made this for my team in celebration of the start of the holiday quarter, which is our craziest season and will require a lot of hard work! Let’s go!

Modifications to the original recipe include using two 8-inch cake pans and baking for at least 30 minutes so that the middle would set. The original recipe will provide you with more than enough frosting for a cake, so no changes necessary there.
